In a bid to scale-up an effective and sustainable rural health care model, AHI has begun working with County government to serve the most under served locations in Machakos County. We seek to equip and implement a robust, community-based health care system in partnership with the local community and the County government. This project will increase access to health services in the community, lay health infrastructure, hygiene education and establishment of capacity building of various community group structures.
